However, there is an increasing demand for water quality, energy efficiency, noise levels, and equipment space. Integrated sewage lifting pump stations have revolutionized the traditional combination of pumps, pipes, valves, and control cabinets by truly integrating new-style pumps and grates, achieving a one-box pump system. Also known as integrated prefabricated pump stations, these stations are presented with glass fiber and other materials, meeting modern design concepts for automatic water supply equipment. They occupy consistent space, are compact, and energy-efficient. With the economic development and pursuit of aesthetics, they offer pollution-free and noiseless operation, and overcome the drawbacks of traditional pump stations, such as large space requirements, noise, vibration, and complex installation.
Traditional concrete pump stations require coordination among civil engineering parties, equipment suppliers, and installation teams. Numerous uncertainties make it challenging to achieve high-quality, standardized pump stations. The extended construction period of 2-3 months is unacceptable. The large occupied area, need for dedicated personnel, propensity for leakage and sedimentation, and the nuisance of odors present significant challenges for pump station managers.

FiberglassIntegrated wastewater lifting pump stations are categorized by the nature of the wastewater, including sewage pump stations, rainwater pump stations, and combined pump stations. Sewage pump stations commonly use centrifugal sewage pumps. Rainwater pump stations typically use axial flow pumps. For combined pump stations, pump selection should consider the significant changes in flow during rainy and sunny days, and a combination of different types and flows of pump sets can be utilized for operation, but the variety of pump sets should be minimized. When the ground is spacious, spiral pumps can also be used. Spiral pumps are highly efficient, consume less energy, are less prone to clogging, and are easy to maintain, making them suitable for applications with large lift volumes and low lift heights. Small flow pump houses usually employ automatic operation, while large flow pump houses use automatic or a combination of automatic and manual operation.

Each pre-fabricated pumping station is designed based on the data provided by the customer to ensure the operation of the pumping station meets the usage requirements.

The prefabricated pump station cylinder structure is made of fiber-wrapped fiberglass, ensuring uniform thickness and meeting design requirements with stable and excellent quality.
3: Component Standards
All components are pre-fabricated in our factory, including pressure pipelines, maintenance platforms, and in/out water pipes, with quality tests conducted prior to shipment to ensure reliable component quality.
4: Highly Integrated
Pre-engineered pump stations are provided as complete units, including the pump station cylinder, pressure pipeline, maintenance platform, access ladder, grating device, coupling system, ventilation equipment, and anti-slip manhole covers.
5: Aesthetically pleasing
The prefabricated pump station is fully buried underground, with only maintenance openings and control cabinets left on the ground. An optional scenic management room can also be placed on the ground to blend with the surrounding environment.
Cost savings
Pump stations are supplied as complete sets, with all internal installation and debugging work completed at the factory. On-site, only the overall installation of the pump station is required, significantly reducing the construction period and engineering costs, as well as the overall investment for the owner.
7; Service Life
The pump station cylinder is made of fiberglass material, with internal components in SUS304 and hot-dipped galvanized corrosion-resistant materials, requiring no maintenance.
