Reinforced truss deck is primarily a truss composed of steel rebars as the top and bottom chords, and web members, joined together by resistance spot welding. A truss formed this way is referred to as a steel truss. A composite load-bearing deck formed by connecting the steel truss with the bottom plate through resistance spot welding is called a reinforced truss floor deck.
Reinforced truss deck for floors consists of factory-fabricated reinforced truss bars integrated with galvanized pressed steel plate molds through welding, forming a combined formwork. The TDM-type reinforced truss deck differs from traditional pressed steel deck, offering numerous advantages such as "economic, convenient, and reliable," and is a value-enhancing floor deck product for customers.
The product, having evolved, is now widely used in the floor or roof structures of prefabricated steel and concrete buildings.
Floor Thickness: 100~300mm
Application of steel truss floor deck:
1. Suitable for multi-story projects with quality requirements.
2. Suitable for applications requiring indoor cleanliness (such as hospitals, food processing, electronics or mechanical manufacturing, server rooms, etc.).
3. Suitable for industrial projects without a suspended ceiling.
