Introduction to Spray Waste Gas Catalytic Combustion Equipment: Abbreviated as RCO, commonly known as catalytic combustion equipment, it is used for treating organic waste gases (VOCs) with medium and low concentrations. Its working principle is to oxidize the waste gases to corresponding oxides and water at a set safe temperature, thereby purifying the waste gases and recovering the heat released during the decomposition of the waste gases for desorption use, reducing investment costs, and achieving a decomposition efficiency of over 99%. The main structure of the RCO completes the waste gas treatment process through three processes: adsorption, desorption, and catalysis, enabling the cyclic use of activated carbon.
