














RTO Catalytic Combustion Equipment Features:
(1) Utilizing a regenerative heat exchanger, the heat carrier directly exchanges heat with the gas, resulting in rapid heating and significant low-temperature heat exchange efficiency. This leads to exceptionally high heat exchange efficiency, maximizing the recovery of sensible heat from combustion products. High thermal efficiency and low exhaust gas temperatures offer significant energy-saving effects, reducing fuel consumption and subsequently lowering greenhouse gas emissions.
(2) Since the flame is not generated within the burner but begins to gradually burn in the high-temperature heat storage in the furnace, there are no high-temperature fronts, resulting in low combustion noise.
(3) A thermodynamic condition completely different from traditional combustion processes, utilizing staged combustion technology to delay the release of heat energy; even temperature rise inside the furnace, low combustion loss, excellent heating effect; no longer exists the local high-temperature and high-oxygen areas that appear in traditional combustion processes, thus inhibiting thermal nitrogen oxides (NO)XThe generation is environmentally friendly with good environmental protection effects.
(4) The overall temperature inside the combustion chamber increases and becomes more evenly distributed; the furnace temperature can reach up to 850-1100°C. With high airflow speed and rapid combustion, the smoke stays longer in the high-temperature furnace, ensuring complete oxidation and decomposition of organic matter. The environmental protection effect is remarkable.
(5) The waste gas inlet is equipped with inert aluminum oxide ceramic spheres, which protect, cushion, and filter the regenerative ceramic, thereby extending its service life. The ceramic spheres selected by our company are characterized by high resistance to high temperature and pressure, low water absorption, stable chemical properties, high compressive strength, and resistance to toxicity.
(6) Three-way switching air valves with reliable sealing materials feature rapid switching, low wear, and long service life.
(7) The system utilizes PLC automatic combustion control, offering high automation, stable operation, and high safety and reliability.
