A coal powder pipeline compensator has only one compensating section (between the furnace and fixed bracket or windbox) allowed, and it is not permitted to mix with other types of compensators within the same compensating section. The installation of suspension brackets is mainly for bearing the pipe's weight and reducing the compensator's deformation moment of inertia. The three-dimensional corrugated compensator has a small stiffness and will not experience resistance to movement. Therefore, in the above two installation methods, the constant-force suspension bracket can sometimes be omitted. Whether it can be omitted should be determined by the design department. During installation, lifting, and welding operations, the corrugated tube should not be damaged or collided with.
