Recommended UsesHigh-pressure, high-pulse, and static pressure applications, suitable for petroleum-based hydraulic oils, polyethylene glycol, vegetable oils, and water.

Standard: Meets SAE 100R15 EN8564SP (-6, -8, -10, -12, -16) and EN8564SH (-12, -16, -20, -24, -32) performance requirements。

Inner rubber layerBlack oil-resistant synthetic rubber (Type C nitrile rubber).

Enhanced layer4-6 layers of high-tensile steel wire, alternately wrapped (-6 to -16 size is 4 layers, sizes -20 and above are 6 layers).

Standard External Elastomeric CoatingBlack oil-resistant synthetic rubber (Type A chloroprene), orange label.

Ultra-durable outer rubber layerMTF (MegaTuff): Designed for applications with frequent friction, it does not require springs or nylon sleeves, and boasts excellent resistance to ozone, UV radiation, and aging. According to the ISO 6945 wear resistance test standard, the outer rubber of MTF is 300 times more wear-resistant than standard rubber hoses.
