1: Features:
High hardness, excellent strength, high elasticity, high wear resistance, tear resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, radiation resistance, and good electrical conductivity make it superior to ordinary rubber.
2: Performance:
(1) Excellent wear resistance: The wear resistance is among the highest in all rubbers. Laboratory test results indicate that UR'sWear resistanceIs natural rubber3 to 5 times, often reaching around 10 times in actual application.
(2) High strength and good elasticity within the Durometer A60 to A70 range.
(3) Excellent shock absorption. At room temperature, the UR shock-absorbing elements can absorb 10% to 20% of vibration energy, with higher vibration frequencies leading to greater energy absorption.
(4) Excellent oil and chemical resistance. UR has less affinity with non-polar mineral oils, and is almost unaffected by fuel oils (such as kerosene, gasoline) and mechanical oils (such as hydraulic oil, engine oil, lubricating oil, etc.).
(5) High coefficient of friction, generally above 0.5.
