Tower Structure: The tower is constructed of equilateral angle steel structure, fully bolted for easy transportation and on-site installation. The tower and all its components are hot-dipped galvanized for corrosion protection.
The section is square, divided into three series: 0.6m, 0.9m, and 1.0m. The tower height ranges from 16.5 to 40m, available for user selection, with wind resistance ratings provided.
Two options: 50kg/M2 and 80kg/m2. Protective door is set at the base of the tower.
Lifting Light Bracket: Composed of a lifting frame and a light bracket, welded with angle steel, equipped with a device and 8 corner wheels. The lifting frame comes in various designs, adaptable to various sites.
Lighting requirements include mainly square, round, polygonal, and linear shapes, with custom designs available upon customer request.
Hoisting System: Comprising a hand crank, bracket, pulley box, reducer, motor, clutch, and balancing weight, it offers smooth and versatile lifting.
Efficient and labor-saving features.
Steering System: Composed of hand cranks, turning wheels, turntables, etc., when installed at the bottom, the light disc is parallel to the tracks. At the top, the light disc can be rotated by hand crank.
Turn 90 degrees perpendicular to the rail. (Swivel arm lighthouse)
Electrical Installation: Comprising an electrical cabinet, wiring conduit, and grounding equipment. Power supply is introduced into the distribution box via a 380V three-phase four-wire system. A lightning rod is installed at the top of the tower.
The tower body serves as the grounding introduction ground wire, with the grounding resistance not exceeding 10Ω.
Lighting Control: Available for local and remote control, and can be divided into various control modes such as midnight lights, all-night lights, photocontrol, and time control.
