In the process of grinding, with the increase in processing precision, high-speed and high-force grinding technologies have rapidly developed. In addition to selecting reasonable grinding parameters, it is also essential to enhance the circulation quality of the grinding fluid. Purification devices are categorized into two types: filtration and power-driven. Filtration systems rely on filtration media to remove impurities, such as mesh, slotted, blade, and tape filter machines. Power-driven systems use forces like centrifugal, magnetic, or gravity to separate impurities, such as centrifugal, vortex, and magnetic separators, etc.
During the grinding of ferromagnetic materials, the waste liquid contains both ferromagnetic substances and non-ferromagnetic impurities. Generally, a magnetic separator is used to remove over 80% of the impurities. For better control of filtration precision, the magnetic separator is combined with a belt filter press.
