Leveling machines, also known as straightening machines or flattening machines, are placed between the material rack (or cutting and welding machine) and the feeding machine for leveling and feeding coils. They are commonly used equipment in sheet metal processing. The design of the leveling machine mainly depends on the thickness, material, and requirements of the material to be leveled. Thicker materials require higher structural rigidity, fewer rollers, larger roller diameters, and greater power, while the opposite is also true.
