Belt conveyors are characterized by their easily adjustable length, featuring a storage belt compartment. The tail of the machine can extend or shorten with the advancement or retreat of the coal mining face. The structure is compact, allowing for installation directly on the tunnel floor without a foundation, and the frame is lightweight with easy assembly and disassembly. For larger conveying capacity and longer distances, a mid-drive unit can be added to meet the requirements. Depending on the conveying process, the conveyors can operate individually or be combined into horizontal or inclined transportation systems. Belt conveyors are widely used in metallurgy, coal, transportation, hydropower, and chemical industries due to their large conveying capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance, low cost, and versatility.
