The surface should be flat, without any hollow spots or wrinkles. After that, apply a single coat of CW308 (thick paste) durable weatherproof undercoat for color steel tiles. Construction Plan
The coastal regions, primarily characterized by hilly and mountainous terrain, enjoy a subtropical monsoon climate, which is warm and humid, classifying them as humid areas. Step 1: Roof Cleaning Work.
Including roof screw replacement and reinforcement of loose panels, the surface is sanded twice using our self-developed color steel roof renovation and anti-corrosion machine, followed by a thorough cleaning with ultra-high-pressure water, and then inspecting for roof leaks. Leak treatment is performed first.
Step Two: Apply rust-inhibiting primer and corrosion-resistant topcoat.
