II. Surface Preparation: 1) Concrete Surface: a) The base must have sufficient strength, with no loose, peeling, scaling, or powdering, and must be clean without any residue or floating dust; b) The base must be fully dried, moisture content <10%; c) The pH value of the base must be <10; d) Maintain the flatness of the base.
2) Steel structure surface
