The biscuit production line consists of a biscuit molding machine, a tunnel-type hot air circulation electric oven, an oil sprayer, a turntable, a cooling line, a biscuit sorting machine, a biscuit filling machine, a packaging station, etc. The entire line is equipped withCPUModular control, rear-mounted motor drive, compact structure, high level of automation, covering material feeding, three-roller pressing, shaping, sugar screening, conveying, waste disposal, and recycling. All processes such as baking, oil spraying, and cooling are fully integrated and automated.
Process Flow:
Ingredients→ Mixed Noodles → Feeding → Three Roll Noodle Sheets → Rolled into Shape (Scrap Recovery) → Sugar Sifting (Sesame, Salt) → Automated Conveying Roasting and Self-Roasting → Spray Oil → Cooling → Finished Product → Packaging
