Design and Production

Our company actively solicits the client's opinions during the design and production stages of equipment processing, especially when arranging the plan and elevation, taking full consideration of the client's site conditions and public utility requirements to ensure the quality of the equipment..

2. Installation and Commissioning

Upon arrival of the equipment at the buyer's factory, our company will send a dedicated technical team to guide the installation and ensure the equipment is debugged for normal operation.

3. Quality Assurance

Our equipment comes with a one-year warranty. We cover free repairs for damages not caused by human factors during the warranty period. For damages caused by human factors, we will promptly repair the equipment and charge for the cost.

4. Maintenance and Warranty Period

Equipment damage occurring after the warranty period expires will be repaired on-site within two days for in-province enterprises and within four days for out-of-province enterprises upon receiving the customer's notification. Services provided after the warranty period end are chargeable, with a labor fee charged for each service.
