Catalytic combustion equipment has advanced design principle, stable performance, simple operation, energy saving and labor saving, no secondary pollution, and low operating cost. The detachment time and detachment cycle can be set according to the operating conditions, with a detachment cycle of 10-15 days. The activated carbon bed that adsorbs organic waste gas can temporarily desorb the waste gas after catalytic combustion, and the desorbed gas can be sent back to the catalytic combustion chamber for catalytic combustion reaction without the need for external energy. It has low operating costs, can maintain self ignition, fully automatic control, easy operation, and simple maintenance.
Process flow and scope of application of catalytic combustion equipment: The full name of catalytic combustion equipment is activated carbon adsorption desorption catalytic combustion equipment. The equipment can be composed of 1 to n activated carbon adsorbers, which can stop the adsorption operation at the same time or stop the adsorption operation. It concentrates high air volume and low concentration organic waste gas into low flow and high concentration organic waste gas. The concentrated high concentration gas immediately enters the equipment for oxidation treatment. The oxidation reaction is an exothermic reaction, and the reaction heat circulates into the activated carbon adsorption box for desorption (i.e. high-temperature blowing). The operation cannot be stopped at the same time, and only a single adsorber can pause the desorption operation at the same time. Catalytic combustion equipment can be widely used for the purification and treatment of low concentration organic waste gases generated in industries such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, paint, coating, furniture, home appliances, and printing.
