Based on this, a lot of work has been carried out on the regeneration of deteriorated nitrate in quenching, especially on the selection of filter materials and filters for solid suspended solids filtration in molten salt, as well as the removal methods of meltable impurities. Through production trials at Xiangyang Automotive Bearing Company, especially the improved Luoyang Bearing Company, the effect has been demonstrated, and the performance of the regenerated quenching salt fully meets the requirements, verifying the success of the regeneration scheme and receiving high praise from relevant customers; A simple, low-cost, and environmentally friendly treatment process has been developed for the harmless treatment of discarded quenching salts (residues, etc.) containing sodium nitrite, based on the premise of testing current treatment methods at home and abroad one by one. The success of this solution has solved the concerns of using advanced technology such as nitrate quenching (the cost and lifespan of salt usage; the difficulty and high cost of waste disposal), and will further promote the application of nitrate quenching technology.
