2、 Application of CTA-20HD
CTA-20HD is applied to the physical property analysis of gelatin, carrageenan, Cotyran gum, frozen surimi gel, agar composite hydrogel, dairy products, meat products, cosmetics, grain and oil foods, fruits and vegetables, bread and biscuit baked foods, candy, jam, and other samples; It can accurately quantify multiple physical property indicators of samples, such as freezing strength, hardness, brittleness, tenderness, elasticity, toughness, cohesiveness, cohesiveness, brittleness, chewiness, recovery, tensile strength, fracture strength, shear strength, compressive strength, penetration strength, creep characteristics, relaxation characteristics, etc.

5. Power accuracy and displacement accuracy, with functions such as measurement, correction, restoration, automatic repair or error correction.
6. The texture analyzer is embedded with a high-definition camera module, which can record the entire process of important sample testing and synchronize it with other testing data to a traceable database.
7. It can quickly and safely replace the force sensing element. By converting the force sensing element, the detection range can be changed, and the sensing resolution can be adjusted to adapt to different sample analyses.
8. Test replay: The software automatically records the entire process of the test (including synchronous video recording and photo screenshots), and provides multi condition intelligent retrieval. Traceable experiments from any period can be used for data restoration, curve drawing, and synchronous video playback to observe and analyze the details of the experiments during that period.
9. The system can display three types of curves: force time, force distance, and distance time. The curve includes scaling, scalability, annotatability of text or symbols, color transformation, and automatic calculation of relevant data points and selected field area.
