The ultrasonic thickness gauge measures thickness based on the principle of ultrasonic pulse reflection. When the ultrasonic pulse emitted by the probe reaches the material interface through the measured object, the pulse is reflected back to the probe, and the thickness of the measured material is determined by accurately measuring the time of ultrasonic propagation in the material. The Era Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge series is an advanced non-destructive testing instrument that integrates contemporary electronic technology and measurement technology. It uses a microcomputer to analyze, process, and display data, and adopts highly optimized measurement circuits. It has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, wide range, easy operation, and stable and reliable work. This principle can be used to measure various materials that can propagate ultrasonic waves at a constant speed inside, such as metals, plastics, ceramics, and glass. It can accurately measure various plates and processed parts, and is widely used in various fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, aerospace, etc. The display resolution of this instrument is0.01, can measure workpieces that are more precise than TT100.
