1. Overview
This instrument is a digital Shore hardness measuring device that can quickly and accurately measure the hardness of materials such as plastics, soft rubber, synthetic rubber, and printing rollers. The product is based on the principle of Shore hardness measurement and the definition of Shore hardness, combined with advanced microelectronics technology, measurement devices, and data processing. It has the advantages of accurate measurement, simple operation, small size, light weight, and easy portability, and is widely used in the chemical and rubber industries.

1.1 Product Features
Digital A-type Shore hardness tester, suitable for testing the hardness of plastics, soft rubber, printer rollers, and other elastic materials; Imported LVDT displacement sensor built-in, small size, strong anti-interference ability;
The host is lightweight, small in size, easy to operate, and convenient to carry;
1.3-inch OLED display screen, 128 × 64 graphic dot matrix, clear information display; It has two working modes: real-time measurement and peak latch, which meet the actual measurement needs; Can store the average value of 200 peak latch measurements;
Equipped with a USB interface for easy connection to a computer;
Can be equipped with data processing software, and measurement data can be transmitted to the upper computer in Microsoft Word or Excel format, meeting higher requirements for quality assurance activities and management;
In peak latch mode, the upper and lower limits of the measured values can be preset, and there is a display prompt for exceeding the limit, which is convenient for users to batch detect; Equipped with voltage display and undervoltage prompt, with undervoltage automatic shutdown function;
It has the function of automatic shutdown without operation, and the duration of automatic shutdown can be adjusted. This function can also be turned off as needed.
