The JWM worm gear screw elevator has many functions such as lifting, lowering, pushing with auxiliary components, flipping, and adjusting various height positions.

1.1JWM type (trapezoidal screw type): low speed, low frequency
The JWM type (trapezoidal screw type) is suitable for low-speed and low-frequency applications, and its main components are precision trapezoidal screw pairs and worm gear pairs.
(1) Economy: Compact structure, easy operation, and convenient maintenance.
(2) Low speed and low frequency: mainly used in places with high loads, low speeds, and frequent work.
(3) Maintain load: The trapezoidal screw has an automatic locking function, which can maintain load even without a braking device. When subjected to large vibrations and impact loads, the self-locking function may occasionally fail, and in such cases, an external braking device must be applied.
1.2JWB type (ordinary ball screw type): high-speed and high-frequency
JWB type (ordinary ball screw type) is suitable for high-speed, high-frequency and device applications. Its main components are precision ball screw pairs and worm gear pairs.
(1) By using rolling friction, the overall efficiency of the machine has been improved, and only a small driving source is needed to generate a large amount of driving force.
(2) High speed: Compared with trapezoidal screws, the speed has been greatly improved, making it easy and high-speed to operate.
(3) Long service life: By using high-quality ball screws, its working life is increased by more than three times.


Note: It does not have self-locking function and requires an external braking device or a drive source with braking.
