OM coatings are all two-component and can be divided into two types, Type I and Type II, depending on their intended use. The main agent is packaged in iron drums with a net weight of 17 kilograms per drum, while the resin curing agent is packaged in small plastic pots with a net weight of 1 kilogram per pot. During construction, fully open the lid of the main agent iron drum, slowly add a pot of curing agent and stir continuously until there are no bubbles and it is completely uniform. The prepared coating should be used up within 3 hours.
The thinness of the coating has been adjusted before leaving the factory. Generally, the base material is 35-45S and the fabric is 45-55S (measured by a Tu-4 viscosity meter). If adjustment is needed, a special thinner can be used for dilution. The storage period of the coating should not exceed nine months.
★ Main performance and indicators
Surface drying time<4 hours
Storage time at room temperature>270 days
Heat resistance Type I: 250 ℃ (1 hour) Type II: 150 ℃ (1 hour) Corrosion resistance Type I: 40% H2SO4, 30 days at room temperature, 15 days at 80 ℃ Type II: 30% H2SO4, 30 days at room temperature, 15 days at 80 ℃ Bonding strength with concrete>1.0Mpa
Type I and Type II coatings are generally applied by brushing method, and there is no strict requirement for the dryness and wetness of the concrete cylinder wall during brushing. It is suitable for construction at any time after the final setting of the concrete, but the brushing surface should be basically flat. For example, when there are oil and small bubbles, they should be scraped flat with 107 glue putty (5 parts cement+1 part 107 glue+appropriate amount of water) before the concrete surface is treated. The bottom layer and surface layer coatings should be brushed separately, and it is strictly prohibited to brush the bottom layer and surface layer continuously without stopping. There is a drying time interval in between. According to the environmental temperature of the construction site, the temperature should be controlled below 5-15 15-30>30 according to the following table (℃)
The interval time (h) should not be greater than 6>4>2
The number of coats is generally one bottom and two sides, with a total thickness of about 0.8-1mm, and a coating dosage of about 1 kilogram per square meter.
When brushing, the dipping material should not be too much at once, and the soaking material of the brush should not exceed half of the brush hair length. It is required to apply even force. After brushing, the tool should be cleaned with thinner in a timely manner, and the tool and container should not come into contact with water. When the weather is dry and the temperature is high, the brush should be cleaned with thinner once every hour to prevent the bristles from sticking. When brushing, it should be done in a criss cross pattern, with one brush for each direction.
