According to the composition of the base material, there are two types: colored epoxy glass flake coating without coal tar pitch and black epoxy coal tar pitch glass flake coating with coal tar pitch; According to the solid content, it can be divided into two categories: solvent-free A, B, and C three component epoxy glass flake coatings (A component is mainly made of epoxy resin, B component is mainly made of curing agent, and C component is glass flake) and thick paste type A and B two-component epoxy glass flake coatings.
2、 Product Features
1. This product contains a large number of fish scale shaped glass flakes made of corrosion-resistant glass, which play a good role in shielding, light reflection, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance in the coating. The coating is tough, has strong adhesion, high mechanical strength, and long anti-corrosion life, making it a widely used heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating internationally.
2. This product has a thick slurry solid content of ≥ 85% and a solvent-free type of ≥ 98%. A single coating can obtain a dry film thickness of over 100 microns, which can replace the reinforcing and thickening effect of glass cloth and improve its water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and impact resistance.
3. Room temperature coating, natural curing at room temperature, easy to apply, especially suitable for on-site use.

The enterprise standard for this product is Q/DH 02-2009 "Liquid Epoxy Anti corrosion Coating", and its main technical indicators comply with the corresponding requirements of the Chinese petroleum and natural gas industry standards SY/T 0319, SY/T 0447, and SY/T 0457.
4、 Scope of application
Epoxy glass flake coating is suitable for anti-corrosion of steel pipes, various steel structures, storage tanks, and containers under harsh corrosion conditions. It is also used as an inner lining layer for flue gas desulfurization, denitrification, dust removal equipment, and flues in environmental protection projects. It is also suitable for anti-corrosion, leakage prevention, and as a wear-resistant and anti slip layer for various concrete structures.
Epoxy glass flake coating should be used as a middle coat or surface coat, and combined with corresponding epoxy primer and varnish to form a composite anti-corrosion layer.
