Construction method and ratio: 18 parts of resin, 5 parts of curing agent, 5 parts of accelerator, 5 parts of furan powder, 72 parts. First, put the resin and accelerator in a container and stir for 2-5 minutes. After stirring evenly, add furan powder and stir evenly. Then, add the curing agent and stir. Can be used at room temperature, with better results when heated conditionally (80-120C). According to the climate, temperature, humidity, and required curing time at the construction site, the ratio of curing agent and furan powder can be adjusted to achieve your ideal construction time. That is to say, for those that require fast curing, add more curing agent and furan powder, while for those that require slow curing, add less curing agent and furan powder. This product has suitable construction consistency, good workability, simple operation, and easy construction. 1. The mixed adhesive must be used within 40 minutes; After strict calculation and thorough mixing, it can be used. When the ambient temperature exceeds 30 degrees, the preparation amount should be appropriately reduced. 2. Do not add other curing agents to the adhesive separately. 3. The consistency of the adhesive for lining and cutting acid resistant boards can be tested by preparing a plate at the beginning of construction to ensure appropriate operation. If it is found that the viscosity cannot meet the construction requirements, it can be adjusted appropriately, but it is not allowed to add furan resin glue for secondary mixing after the initial setting or thickening and hardening of the adhesive.
