1. Purpose:
a. Ordinary types of acid resistant castables can be used for masonry or pouring the lining of reinforced concrete chimneys (flues) operated by electrostatic precipitator.
b. Ordinary ultra lightweight and lightweight Type I acid resistant castables can be used for masonry or pouring the lining of double tube, multi tube or sleeve type reinforced concrete chimneys (flues) operated by electrostatic precipitator, and can be applied to similar chimneys in soft foundation areas, earthquake areas and cold areas.
c. Dense acid resistant castables are suitable for lining reinforced concrete chimneys (flues) that operate in a wet dust removal (desulfurization) manner during masonry or pouring.
d. Ultra lightweight, lightweight Type I dense acid resistant castable, suitable for lining double tube, multi tube or sleeve type reinforced concrete chimneys (flues) that operate in wet dust removal (desulfurization) mode during masonry or pouring.
