The sand and dust test chamber is suitable for testing the sealing performance of product shells, mainly used for testing the IP1X-IP6X levels specified in the shell protection level standards. Mainly simulating the damage caused by sandstorm weather to locks, automotive and motorcycle components, seals, power instruments and other products. Simultaneously applicable for testing the sealing performance of product casings.

1、 Material composition
Outer wall material: t=1.2mm electrostatic spray coated steel plate, beautiful and generous
Inner wall material: t=1.0mm SUS304 stainless steel plate
Selected materials are used for processing and forming. The surface of the shell and the outer wall of the door are made of steel plates, and the surface is treated with electrostatic color spraying, which is beautiful and smooth. Coordinated color matching, curved design, smooth and natural lines.
2、 Inner shell of the box
The inner liner material is made of stainless steel plate, designed to be a sealed space during operation, where samples can be placed for shell sealing tests. The indoor sample rack and other accessories are made of stainless steel plates, with a reasonable design and durability.

The equipment has a vertical circulation airflow carrying dust, with talc powder as the dust. The dust is blown into the circulating air duct through the fan at the bottom of the funnel, and then evenly diffused by the air outlet guide plate on the upper part of the equipment. With the help of the circulating airflow, the dust can be uniformly suspended in the test chamber. The amount of talc powder used is 2kg per cubic meter of the volume in the test chamber, and the number of uses does not exceed 20 times.

8、 Dust collection device
Set up a dedicated bypass circuit to collect sand and dust in the funnel-shaped bottom plate of the box. If necessary, a vacuum cleaner can be used to suck out the sand and dust;
