2. Box structure
The test box adopts an integral structural form, with internal channel steel reinforcement to ensure that the strength of the box remains unchanged. The box studio adopts a whole welding process and is sealed with high and low temperature resistant organic silicone material. The company completes the assembly and ships the whole.
Lifting system: The bottom is equipped with a hydraulic lifting system+motor-driven left and right movement, with left and right directional movement tracks,
And provide limited protection to prevent the device from moving within its effective range. The elevator is equipped with a mechanical locking device to prevent it from descending from a high position for a long time, compressing the vibration table and causing losses.

3. Test box blind (bottom) plate
The test chamber is equipped with three blind plates, one is a movable bottom (blind) plate used for high and low temperature tests, one is a movable bottom plate connected to the vertical vibration table for temperature and humidity (vertical) vibration comprehensive tests, and one is a movable bottom plate connected to the horizontal vibration table for temperature and humidity (horizontal) vibration comprehensive tests.
4. Connection between the box and the vibration table
During horizontal vibration, it is directly connected to the horizontal sliding table. For comprehensive testing of vertical vibration, an expansion table must be installed. The equipped test box base is mainly used for testing at three workstations: horizontal vibration, vertical vibration, and no vibration; The sealing material between the vibration table and the test chamber is made of silicone tape with good high and low temperature resistance
5. Box lifting and track transmission device
In order to ensure the interface between the test chamber and the vibration table has good mechanical transmission characteristics while maintaining thermal and air tightness. Equipped with a hydraulic vertical lifting system to ensure that the box can move up and down. The bottom of the box is equipped with track rollers that can slide back and forth on the track, making it easy to separate the box from the vibration table. When in use, use the specially designed high and low temperature resistant silicone rubber pad provided by our company for moisture insulation, waterproofing, and sealing to connect and seal.
