A. Overview
Kaiyuan New Energy Isolation Single Module Car Charger is mainly used for various new energy vehicles such as hybrid vehicles, pure electric vehicles, electric buses, and electric logistics vehicles. It is suitable for charging car power batteries such as lithium iron phosphate batteries, lithium manganese oxide batteries, ternary batteries, nickel hydrogen batteries, etc.
It can operate within the rated grid voltage range of 100~264VAC, and is specially designed with DC voltage output for different customer battery packs, so that the charger always works in the optimized conversion efficiency working range, improving product performance and high reliability.
The module is equipped with an advanced interleaved APFC active power factor correction circuit, which makes the utilization rate of electrical energy close to 1 during charging, while reducing harmonic pollution to the shared power grid; The DCDC part adopts a novel full bridge LLC resonant adaptive full soft switching power conversion technology, which has characteristics such as high precision. The module protection function is complete, with input overvoltage and undervoltage protection; Output overcurrent protection; Output overvoltage and undervoltage protection; Output short-circuit protection and over temperature protection functions; Intelligent design with high temperature derating, low pressure input derating, etc. The charger is equipped with a CAN communication interface, which can communicate with the BMS and set the charging voltage, current, and power on/off function by the BMS.
