1. Product Overview:
The intelligent charging station converter for electric vehicles produced by Kaiyuan New Energy can solve the problem of the State Grid's 500V charging station not being able to charge the new national standard (750V) large vehicles. By inserting the charging guns of two adjacent 500V charging stations into the converter at the same time, the converter's own charging gun can be inserted into the large vehicle charging port to achieve normal charging. This device is designed with reference to some functions of the "Typical Design of Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities", in compliance with the technical standards of NB/T 33001-2010 and NB/T 33008.1-2013 for non vehicle mounted conductive converters for electric vehicles, and uses the GB/T27930-2015 communication protocol to communicate with onboard intelligent devices.

3. Product features
1. The human-computer interaction interface adopts a color LCD touch screen, which can display the output voltage/current, expected full charge time, etc. during charging SOC、 Set charging power, working status, and charging method; Parameter settings can be directly completed through the LCD touch screen.
2. The converter can provide BMS power during charging, with an internal power output of DC24V10A.
3. The operation mode of the converter is divided into two types: manual charging and automatic charging; Manual charging mode allows setting charging parameters for charging (manual charging is prohibited without knowledge of battery information). In automatic charging mode, the system can automatically charge according to BMS parameters, and stop charging automatically when fully charged.
4. The converter has a CAN external communication interface, which can achieve communication with the vehicle battery management system (BMS). The BMS can control the converter by sending relevant data through the CAN communication protocol.
5. The converter itself has functions such as input overvoltage, input undervoltage, output overcurrent, output short circuit, output overvoltage, overheating protection, etc.
