Surgical room purification pre infection, as we all know, is a clean and hygienic place. The cleaning work of surgical room purification requires the use of a damp cloth to wipe during the operation of the purification system. Let's take a look at how the operating room purifies pre infection.
⑴ Before entering the operating room, the instruments and equipment should be installed and wiped clean. When wiping, it is not advisable to use fabric materials that have shed fibers as cleaning tools.
⑵ After the surgery, the waste should be sorted and placed in a water contaminated bag for sealing, and then transported out through the waste channel. Wipe the equipment and tidy up the operating room to prevent air pollution caused by prolonged accumulation of dirt indoors.
After the personnel leave and the cleaning work is completed, the operating room purification air conditioning system should continue to operate for 15-20 minutes, and then turn off the laminar air conditioning to make the indoor air clean.
⑷ Before and after surgery, wipe the surfaces and floors of equipment such as equipment carts, anesthesia tables, operating tables, and cabinets with liquid once a day; Clean the shoes worn by the staff. Thoroughly wipe, clean and maintain the above-mentioned equipment and floor once a week.
⑸ Clean the coarse filter, medium efficiency filter, and return air inlet once to achieve dust filtration effect. Regularly wipe the coarse filter, medium efficiency filter, and return air network with 500mg/L chlorine containing agent every two weeks to achieve a wound infection rate of less than or equal to 0.2%.
(6) Sample and cultivate the air and equipment surfaces in the clean operating room every month; Detect the number of dust particles, noise, temperature and humidity in the air, and register the results for record keeping. Replace the initial and intermediate filters every 6 months. Replace the filter screen every year.
