The gas pressure alarm box is used to monitor the pipeline pressure of oxygen supply equipment in medical centers and respond to pressure changes through electronic devices. When the pressure is higher or lower than the set value, the system will automatically sound and light an alarm to remind management personnel to respond to the medical gas supply system.
Working Principle:
The gas pressure alarm box uses an electric contact pressure gauge to provide switch signals. The electric contact pressure gauge has two contacts, the upper pressure limit and the lower pressure limit. The pressure values indicated by the contacts represent the allowable pressure and pressure of the gas pipeline, respectively. The upper and lower limit contact values of this table can be manually adjusted.
The electric contact pressure gauge is connected in series within the pressure pipeline. When the pipeline pressure exceeds the upper limit value, the pointer of the pressure gauge will come into contact with the upper limit contact, thereby generating an electrical signal; Similarly, when the pipeline pressure is lower than the lower limit value, the pointer of the pressure gauge will come into contact with the lower limit contact and generate an electrical signal, which we call a switch signal. The switch signal is connected to the circuit board of the gas alarm box, forming a current pulse. When the high-voltage electrical signal is turned on, the gas alarm device will activate the "overpressure" alarm, and at the same time, the overpressure LED indicator light will flash while emitting a sound reminder; When the low-voltage electrical signal is connected, the gas alarm device will activate the "undervoltage" alarm, and the undervoltage LED indicator light will also flash simultaneously with the sound prompt. When the pressure in the pipeline returns to normal, an overpressure or underpressure alarm will be triggered automatically, and the system LED indicator light will indicate the "normal" state.
Product Features:
1. The gas alarm box is installed on the nurse station or operating room information panel in the ward building for monitoring medical gas pressure;
2. The alarm switch signal is provided by an electric contact pressure gauge or pressure switch;
3. The gas alarm box has a "test" function, which can test whether the alarm working status of each gas is normal;
When the pressure in the pipeline is abnormal and causes the system to beep, press the "stop beep" button to interrupt the sound alarm;
5. It can be installed in a buried wall or hung on the wall;
6. Only gas alarm panels can be provided, or gas alarm boxes with integrated electrical contact pressure gauges can be provided;
7. The gas alarm box adopts an aluminum alloy shell with a surface sandblasted spray treatment, which is beautiful and attractive.
