The oxygen secondary stabilizer box is mainly used at the gas inlet of the ward floor or treatment room to adjust the pipeline pressure to a certain pressure range; At the same time, the device is used to open/cut off the pipeline channels in this area for easy maintenance of pipelines and equipment.
Generally, one or more of the seven gases can be installed in the secondary pressure regulator box, and the size of the box can be determined according to the required amount of gas. The secondary voltage regulator box adopts a stainless steel shell that has been painted and can be hung on the wall. The pressure observation window in front is made of transparent organic glass, and in emergency situations, tools can be used to break the organic glass panel. The front of the secondary voltage regulator box is equipped with a safety lock, which generally locks the front door to prevent others from easily opening it. In case of emergency, the secondary voltage regulator box can use a hammer to knock open the lock to quickly cut off the passage.
Performance characteristics of the secondary pressure reducing box:
1. The secondary pressure reducing globe valve box adopts a wall mounted box body, that is, the pressure reducer and globe valve are installed in a thin box body, and multiple gas pipelines can be arranged in one box body. The box is usually fixedly installed on the wall and connected in series to the gas pipeline.
2. Each gas has a pressure indicator, and the pressure value can be observed through the organic glass window in front of the box
3. The box adopts a buckle switch, which is usually in a closed and locked state. When maintenance or operation is needed, press the "lock button" to easily open the box.
4. For oxygen, set up dual channels. When one channel fails, immediately close that channel and open the bypass channel to ensure continuous gas supply.
5. Using a single head pressure regulator, the reduced gas pressure can be easily read on the pressure gauge.
6. Can be connected to a gas alarm box (requires installation of an electrical contact pressure gauge).
