This testing machine consists of three parts: pressure control system, constant temperature medium box, and fixture. optionalPCThe machine includes a new version of static hydraulic testing software.
1The pressure control system mainly consists of three parts: pressure source, pressurization pipeline, and electrical control. The pressure source (i.e. booster pump) is used to provide total pressure to the main pressure system according to the test conditions. The pressurized pipeline consists of components such as an accumulator, pressure gauge, inlet solenoid valve, one-way valve, filter, manual needle valve, and connecting pipeline. The electrical control part consists of digital display instruments, pressure sensors, solenoid valves, relays, overheat protectors, various switches, etc.
2The constant temperature medium box is mainly composed of a box body, a circulating pump, a heater, a condenser, and a temperature control system. After turning on the power of this system, the water in the water tank is set according to the requirements of the test use. When the water temperature is higher than the set temperature, the refrigerator starts, and when the water temperature is lower than the set temperature, the heater starts to maintain the required temperature of the water in the water tank.
3Fixtures according to countryGB/T6111The standard card installation method is divided intoAType. This series of fixtures has the characteristics of reasonable structure, fast clamping speed, reliable sealing, and easy disassembly.
4The machine has a serial port that can be paired with an external computer to draw pressure time curves. It can query, control pressure, print, and output reports in real time, replacing manual monitoring,When the computer stops working, the instrument can still continue to operate. But the computer does not directly control the solenoid valve, it must be controlled by an instrument, and the instrument cannot stop working during the test.During the experiment, the computer can be turned off at any time for other business purposes, and the host is working normally. When the host is connected to the computer, the host automatically transfers data to the computer without any impact on the experiment.
This machine also has functions such as operation, stop, leakage warning, and rupture recognition, allowing operators to leave the testing site during the testing process. When the sample leaks or ruptures, an automatic alarm can be triggered and the test can be automatically closed. Other tests can continue to be conducted normally until the test is completed. It has excellent performance price ratio among similar models and is an ideal product to replace imports.
XGY-10BThe series of static hydraulic software is a practical new version newly developed by the company. Adopting a fully Chinese interface that is intuitive and clear, the time of the experiment can be monitored in real time during the testing process-Pressure curve, with functions such as printing and outputting, storing test data, curves, and reports.
