1： Preparation work before installing insulation on the shed

1. Choose a specialized roller shutter machine for insulation blankets, as the insulation blanket is thinner than the grass canopy and cannot be used with a large head roller shutter machine.

2. The horizontal rolling rod of the rolling shutter machine should have a fixed nut every 0.5 meters to facilitate the installation of steel wire to fix the insulation blanket.

3. Prepare sandbags and connecting ropes for the walls on both sides of the greenhouse, and spare a nylon rope of the same length for one insulation blanket.

2、 Application of greenhouse insulation blanket

1. When using the insulation blanket, the connection between the two insulation blankets should not be less than 10CM. The nylon rope underneath the insulation blanket is fixed to the iron rod of the greenhouse machinery, and the upper end is fixed to the steel wire. If it is rolled off during use, it should be adjusted in a timely manner to ensure full coverage. After the insulation blanket is installed, there is a connecting rope to connect the overlapping parts of the insulation blanket together.

2. The insulation blanket on the back wall of the greenhouse should be fixed in the middle of the wall top, with a certain inclination towards the north, and covered with a complete waterproof cloth to facilitate the discharge of rainwater and prevent the insulation blanket from being soaked.

3. When covering the bottom of the greenhouse with insulation, the accumulated water on the ground should be promptly removed to prevent the insulation from being soaked. When conditions permit, place old straw mats at the junction of the ground and greenhouse film to prevent insulation from coming into contact with the ground.

4. After the insulation is covered, 30CM should be placed on the east and west walls of the greenhouse, and sandbags should be used to prevent it from being blown up by the wind and reduce the insulation effect.
