Composition of oxygen supply system in hospital wards: ⑴ Oxygen source part (busbar): According to the design, the busbar of the oxygen source adopts 5 bottles as a group, with a total of 2 groups as backup. Each bottle has a shut-off valve, and when the pressure of a group of gas bottles is below the specified range, it can automatically sound and light an alarm. After reducing the pressure of oxygen to 0.2-0.4 MPa (adjustable), it is transported to the ward terminal through the ward oxygen pipeline, and then further reduced pressure through the flow control switch on the humidifier before providing oxygen to the patient. (2) Nurse station alarm box device: When the oxygen pressure sent to the building increases or decreases beyond the specified value, the alarm box also emits an audible and visual alarm signal to remind relevant personnel to handle it in a timely manner. (3) Oxygen delivery pipeline: The oxygen delivery pipeline connects the oxygen source and various terminals. The oxygen supply pipeline is installed in the ceiling of each gas consumption point, and the main pipe is installed in a separate pipe well. The layout of pipelines should avoid columns, with the main pipeline passing through the gas well to the corridor branch pipe to the ward, and the corridor branch pipe arranged inside the ceiling. The introduction pipes of each ward are led out from the corridor branch pipes inside the ceiling of the ward on that floor. The pipes leading from the ward to the treatment area are fastened with PVC cable trays to protect the pipelines and enhance aesthetics. When pipelines pass through floor slabs or walls, sleeves should be added with a diameter two specifications larger than the diameter of the pipeline. There should be no welds or connecting joints in the pipe section inside the casing. The main pipeline reaches the oxygen consuming floor and delivers oxygen to various wards, operating rooms, etc. in a short designed route, providing patients with oxygen in various forms. The grounding resistance of the oxygen pipeline is less than 100 ohms.

(4) Terminal device: The terminal device is installed on the wall on one side of the ward, at a distance of 1.3-1.5m from the ground, and is arranged along the wall of the head of the bed. It mainly consists of a new type of oxygen strip (electrostatic spraying), oxygen tube strip maintenance valve, oxygen insertion and extraction valve, etc. ① Beautiful, practical and high safety new equipment belt: the surface of the new oxygen belt is treated by DuPont paint spraying or electrophoresis process, which has the advantages of uniform color, high strength, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, strong adhesion, and diverse colors. The surface color can be selected according to user requirements, and the colors recommended by our company draw inspiration from the style of foreign medical products, with a beautiful and elegant appearance. ② Oxygen suction plug valve: The oxygen suction plug valve has the characteristics of tight sealing, flexible insertion and removal, long service life, and beautiful appearance, and its performance is higher than similar domestic products. When in use, simply plug the humidification bottle or suction bottle with a plug-in quick connector into the quick socket, and gas will enter the humidification bottle or suction bottle. Then, use the regulating valve on the humidification bottle or suction bottle to adjust the flow rate to the appropriate level for patient use. When stopped, simply press the locking ring on the quick socket, and the quick connector will gently pop out, automatically cutting off the gas and stopping the oxygen supply. The quick socket is sealed with medical silicone gasket, which has the characteristics of oxidation resistance, anti-aging, and long service life. ③ Oxygen tube maintenance valve: The oxygen tube maintenance valve device uses an embedded key to open, which not only prevents patients or other personnel from cutting off oxygen at will, but also allows personnel to close the maintenance valve for maintenance when the oxygen insertion and extraction valve fails. Under normal circumstances, it is in an open state.
