Litchi faced stone is made by striking a hammer shaped like lychee skin on the surface of granite or chiseling small holes densely on the surface of granite with a chisel, thereby forming a rough surface resembling lychee skin on the surface of the stone. It is commonly seen on pedestrian walkways or square pavements. Deepening the thickness and richness of the wall, absorbing light and heat, without large-scale reflection, can also increase the sense of three dimensionality.
Litchi surface stone is not a type of burnt surface, but it is a treatment method for roughening the surface of the stone. There are also ways to roughen the surface: 1. Natural Thunderbolt Surface; 2. Mushroom noodles; 3. Burnt dough; 4. Machine planing surface; 5. Sandblasting surface.
