A comprehensive testing system for voltage withstand testing and electrical performance testing, including a measurement and control console, embedded main control board, main switching circuit, primary protection circuit, secondary protection circuit, PC, voltage withstand testing machine, and functional testing machine; The measurement and control console, PC, and voltage tester are all connected to the embedded main control board for communication; Communication connection between PC and functional testing machine; The main switching circuit integrates an AC contactor as the main switching switch, which is controlled by an embedded main control board; The power input terminal of the measurement and control console is connected to the power output terminal of the main switching circuit; The electrical performance test is connected to the functional testing machine through the main switching circuit, which is respectively protected by a first protection circuit and a second protection circuit. There are display devices and control buttons on the measurement and control console. This comprehensive testing system, which combines voltage withstand testing and electrical performance testing, has high integration, high safety and reliability, high testing efficiency, and omits one process compared to traditional testing.
