The CB3000 power supply specific aging room is mainly suitable for general aging testing of finished (semi-finished) products such as power adapters, chargers, LED power supplies, etc. The load body adopts a programmable electronic load to ensure its stability and adjustability. The aging room is equipped with a computer operation monitoring system, which can be set by a PC to start and stop its work, and record relevant data for statistical analysis.
1、 Aging room function:
1. Load body: CB-ET480W-8L series electronic load is used.
2. Monitoring function: Equipped with an external PC, it is used to set aging technology parameters and product aging process, monitor the output voltage/current values of the tested product, and automatically determine the aging quality of the product.
3. Timing function: The aging time can be set to any desired time range, with automatic timing function.
4. Aging quantity: Aging 3000PCS.
5. Voltage surge function: ON/OFF can be set for multiple periods of time to surge freely.
6. Automatically save data and generate reports.
7. PC intelligent monitoring controls temperature.
2、 Technical parameters of aging room:

Aging quantity:
CB-ETC480W-8L series electronic load modules are used for loading, and the aging room is divided into 5 zones, with the bottom zone being the recycling carrier zone; The other 4 zones are aging zones, with a total aging quantity of 3000 PCS for each zone, totaling 750 PCs
Aging modes CC and CV are optional.
I/O interface: 3000 input white sockets, output 3000 channels PCB board+1 DC2.5 terminal+1 DC2.1 terminal+DC4.0+DC1.35. (DC socket can be customized according to customers).
PC monitoring software is used to set and display aging current and product output voltage, and has automatic detection and judgment functions for output voltage. The aging voltage and current are set centrally.
Using PLC to control the transportation and conversion of the whole machine, no manual handling is required, and only 2 operators are needed for the whole machine
The electronic load module has OCP, OVP, OPP, OTP (load protection function);
Automatic constant temperature heating, digital high-precision temperature sensor measurement, heating temperature range (35-50 degrees), double-sided sliding tempered glass door.
The aging output adopts ATE docking for automatic testing, without the need for personnel conversion; Omitting the full inspection and testing of traditional assembly line operations to save personnel in the testing process.
The whole machine can synchronously age four different models of products at a time; Satisfy the aging of a single high-power 60W power supply.
L adopts a high-definition 55 inch display screen to show the aging status.
The whole machine industrial control adopts integrated touch screen mode operation page instructions.
The input and output of the carrier are automatically connected by a robotic arm.
The back of the whole machine is a movable hanging wall, which is convenient for maintenance, repair and inspection.
