JGF type rubber shock absorbers are made of a composite of metal and rubber, with the surface fully covered in rubber to prevent metal corrosion.
The natural frequency of the shock absorber is relatively low under rated load, making it suitable for foundation vibration isolation and noise reduction of power machinery such as fans, water pumps, air compressors, and refrigeration machines with a speed greater than 600 revolutions per minute. It is especially suitable for foundation vibration isolation of vertical water pumps, with good frequency uniformity. When the natural frequency of the shock absorber remains unchanged after exceeding the rated load, the damping ratio is large, and the ability to suppress resonance peaks is strong. The structure is simple and easy to install, and it can be directly installed under the machine base or fixed with foundation bolts. It is safe and reliable to use, with a load range of 150N-8500N. Resistant to oil, seawater, salt, fog, and sunlight, suitable for temperature range of -15~70 ℃.
JGF rubber shock absorbers are divided into four structural sizes and eight load-bearing specifications. They can withstand axial loads ranging from 10-1288Kg, with static deformation within 3-12mm under rated load and corresponding natural frequencies within 5-11Hz. The damping ratio is larger than 0.05.
