The whole process of pipeline lining repair is the non excavation repair technology of composite hose lining (IH), which involves inserting a high-pressure continuous composite hose into the original metal pipeline lining to form a "pipe in pipe" composite structure. During working conditions, the hose is tightly attached to the metal tube.

Self pressure - bare pipe pressure of 1.6 MPa, burst pressure of 4.8 MPa;
Fast construction - construction speed of 300-400 m/h;
Passing through the bend - once passing through the R 5D bend ( 90 °);
Wide caliber - repair pipeline DN50-DN1200;
Long distance - According to the needs of the project, a straight line with a large distance of 5km can be constructed in one go
Main applications: repair of high-pressure corroded pipelines in oil fields, renewal of municipal water supply pipelines, renewal of thermal pipelines, repair of industrial and mining water supply pipelines, repair of gas pipelines or pressure boosting renovations, etc.
