Sealing machine is a mechanical device that seals containers filled with packaging materials. After the product is loaded into the packaging container, in order to seal and store the product, maintain product quality, and avoid product loss, it is necessary to seal the packaging container. This operation is completed on the sealing machine. Sealing machine refers to the mechanical device that seals the packaging container after it contains the product. There are many materials used to make packaging containers, such as paper, plastic, glass, ceramics, metal, composite materials, etc. The shape and physical properties of packaging containers also vary.
A general sealing machine consists of a frame, a deceleration and speed control transmission mechanism, a sealing and printing mechanism, a conveying device, and an electrical and electronic control system.
Connect the power supply, and each mechanism starts working. After the electric heating element is powered on, it heats up rapidly, causing the upper and lower heating blocks to rise in temperature and adjust to the desired temperature through the temperature control system. The printing wheel rotates, and the cooling system starts cooling as needed. The conveyor belt rotates and is adjusted to the desired speed by the speed control device.
When the packaging containing items is placed on the conveyor belt, the sealing part of the bag is automatically sent between the two sealing belts in operation and brought into the heating zone. The heat of the heating block is transmitted to the sealing part of the bag through the sealing belt, causing the film to melt and soften. Then, it passes through the cooling zone, causing the surface temperature of the film to decrease appropriately. Then, it is rolled by a roller (or printing wheel) to make the upper and lower plastic films of the sealing part stick together and press out a mesh pattern (or printed logo). Finally, the sealed packaging bag is sent out of the machine by a guide rubber belt and the conveyor belt, completing the sealing operation.
