Standard: GB/T8110ER55-B2

Explanation: PP-TIG-R30 is a low-alloy heat-resistant steel tungsten inert gas arc welding wire containing Cr1.25% - Mo0.5%. Weld metal has excellent plasticity and toughness. The weld seam has a beautiful appearance and good welding performance at all positions. Usually, during welding, the welded parts need to be preheated and maintained at a temperature of 160-200 ℃, and then tempered at 675-705 ℃ after welding.

Purpose: Used for manual tungsten inert gas arc welding and full argon welding of heating surface pipes of boilers with working temperatures below 550 ℃, steam pipelines and high-pressure vessels below 520 ℃, and petroleum refining equipment (such as 15CrMo, P11, P12 steel). It can also be used for repairing 30CrMnSi cast steel parts.

PP-TIG-R31 heat-resistant steel tungsten inert gas arc welding wire

Standard: GB/T8110ER55-B2-MnV Description: PP-TIG-R31 is a low-alloy heat-resistant steel tungsten inert gas arc welding wire containing Cr1.25% - Mo0.5% - V. Weld metal has excellent plasticity and toughness. The weld seam has a beautiful appearance and good welding performance at all positions. Usually, during welding, the welded parts need to be preheated and maintained at a temperature of 250-300 ℃ between the passes, and then tempered at 715-745 ℃ after welding.

Purpose: Used for manual tungsten inert gas arc welding and full argon welding of heating surface pipes of boilers with working temperatures below 580 ℃, steam pipelines below 540 ℃, petroleum cracking equipment, and high-temperature synthetic chemical machinery (such as 12Cr1MoV, T/P11 steel).

  Explanation: PP-TIG-R34 is a low-alloy heat-resistant steel tungsten inert gas arc welding wire containing Cr2% - Mo0.6% - VWB. The weld metal has good mechanical properties and excellent all position welding performance. Usually, during welding, the welded parts need to be preheated and maintained at a temperature of 320-360 ℃ between the passes, and then undergo tempering treatment at 745-775 ℃ after welding.
