Explanation: ER310 is a MIG and TIG welding wire used for stainless steel. Its weld metal has good mechanical properties, crack resistance, and oxidation resistance, as well as excellent heat and corrosion resistance.
Purpose: Used for welding 25-20 (310) stainless steel and stainless steel liners, as well as for welding dissimilar steels, high chromium steels, high manganese steels, etc.

Precautions and operating points:
1. The welding area must be thoroughly cleaned of surface impurities such as oil stains, rust, and moisture to prevent the formation of pores, cracks, etc. during welding. When cleaning, the groove surface and surrounding areas should be ground to a metallic luster.
Before welding, the surface of the welding wire should be cleaned of oil, dirt, rust, and other contaminants.
To achieve good mechanical properties of the weld seam, it is recommended to use Ar+2% O2 as the shielding gas for MIG welding, with a preferred shielding gas flow rate of 20-25L/min. It is recommended to use pure argon gas as the shielding gas for TIG welding, with a purity of 99.99% or above, and a shielding gas flow rate of 8-15L/min.
