There are two kinds of machine pressure welding and manual production: the machine pressure welding uses a high-voltage resistance pressure welding machine, and the manipulator automatically places the crossbar on the flat steel in uniform arrangement, and presses the crossbar into the flat steel through powerful electric welding power and hydraulic pressure, so that high-quality steel grids with firm welding points, high stability and strength can be obtained. The manually produced steel grids punch holes in the flat steel first, and then place the crossbar into the hole for spot welding. There will be gaps between the crossbar and the flat steel, but each contact point can be welded to achieve the same melting connection between the flat steel and Fried Dough Twists steel, so the welding will be more solid, the strength will be improved, but the appearance is not as beautiful as the pressure welding!
