JC3055 is a release agent for water-based high resilience foam developed by our company in the face of increasingly high requirements for indicators such as VOC in the automotive industry and the increasingly popular concept of insecurity. It is a blank in China and an innovative product in the industry internationally. It is suitable for high resilience cold and hot melt sponge products such as seat cushions, soundproofing molded cotton, automotive formed high resilience carpet parts, headrests, etc. for transportation vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, electric vehicles, and trains. Environmentally friendly, high solid content, no adverse effects on human body, no irritating odor, safe features, and some of its raw materials can be biodegraded under certain conditions, highlighting its environmental characteristics. The products made are almost the same as those made with solvent based release agents.
Usage:
1) Thoroughly clean the mold with the corresponding solvent or cleaning agent to remove any residual release agent or other dirt, and then wipe dry or blow dry with a clean cloth;
2) Adjust the spray gun with a diameter of no more than 0.5mm to the optimal atomization state, evenly spray this water-based release agent twice at a distance of 25-35cm from the mold surface, and then use an air gun to evenly dry the obvious water marks on the surface;
3) After blowing the mold surface, ensure that there is a corresponding evaporation and film-forming time at the corresponding temperature before spraying the foaming material;
4) Repeat the above actions evenly after each injection to ensure the appearance of the product.
Notes:
1. The prepared working fluid is usually stirred before use. If it is not used up, it can be kept in the mixing tank for the next use. Do not pour it back into the original mold release agent packaging bucket;
2. Pay attention to sealed storage, suitable storage temperature of 5-35 ℃, prevent freezing or stay away from high temperature heat sources, shelf life of 6 months;
