Introduction:

Self skinning water-based release agent is a milky white, high solid content organic silicone wax resin lotion, which is specially designed for the foam molding and demoulding of polyurethane semi-rigid foam, self skinning foam and some rigid PU foam. It has the advantages of easy mold cleaning and natural luster of the surface of the demoulded product. Specifically applied to automotive PU foam interior parts such as self built leather seat armrests, automotive steering wheels, automotive instrument panels, insurance frames, door trim panels, and automotive hard roofs.

Performance characteristics:

3. Easy demolding, high dilution ratio, low operating cost, good effect, and low VOC;

Usage:

It is recommended to use water-based polyurethane release agent directly or dilute it with water. The dilution ratio of our concentrated product model is 15-25 times. Spray or brush the diluted release agent evenly on the mold, dry it with air, and then wipe it evenly with a soft cloth. The specific usage situation needs to be determined by self testing.

Storage method:

Store in a cool and shady place, avoid direct sunlight and freezing to ensure optimal results, and avoid contact with strong acids and bases.
