Usage:

This product is recommended to be diluted with water for use. It is suitable for steel formwork, wooden formwork, and resin formwork. Standard ratio - stock solution: water=1:5 (by weight) diluted and mixed into lotion for use, and the diluent is good to be used up within 24 hours; For dry and hard concrete or centrifugal products, a 1:6-8 ratio can be used; When the shape of the mold is complex, the ratio can be adjusted to 1:3. The area of steel formwork can be coated with 1kg diluent is 30m2. Construction method: spray, wool brush, roller, rag or mop can be used for coating. After about 10 minutes of coating, concrete filling can be carried out after the formwork surface is dry and free of hanging drops, otherwise the phenomenon of dust sticking to the formwork will occur. After applying the release agent, the template should be protected from rain, otherwise it will affect the effectiveness of the release agent.

Suggested usage method:

（1） Dilution ratio: In the initial use, mix clean tap water in a ratio of 1:3 (i.e. 1 kilogram of mold release agent plus 3 kilograms of water). After continuous use for a period of time until the mold is fully moisturized, gradually increase the water ratio to 4-5 times according to the actual use effect (due to the influence of concrete additives, formwork type, cleanliness and other factors, the specific dosage and dilution ratio are subject to the actual testing effect on site); To ensure the demolding effect during winter use, please mix the limited amount of 1:3 water.

（2） Mold release liquid mixing: Place the original mold release agent solution into a clean bucket, then add clean tap water in proportion and stir evenly before use. Ready to use, it is not recommended to dilute excessively and use the next day.

（3） Demoulding liquid spraying: If there are rust or oil stains on the mold, please first polish, remove rust and dirt, clean and air dry.

1. Rubbing method: Use a short haired roller soaked in demolding fluid or pure cotton yarn without shedding to evenly coat the surface of the mold, forming a thin and uniform isolation mold.

2. Spraying method: spray with good spray effect shall be used to spray evenly on the surface of the mold in mist form to avoid missed spraying.

（4） Attention: After the coating or spraying is completed, the concrete can only be poured after the mold surface release liquid is fully dried. The concave and convex parts of the mold must be carefully sprayed in place and fully moisturized (special attention should be paid to the concave parts without liquid accumulation. This product should not be mixed with other similar products in principle.
