With the continuous improvement of people's comfort in car riding, the application of PU hard foam materials in car interior parts such as car roofs and door panels is becoming increasingly common. Especially for wet process PU composite laminates, a good release agent means higher production efficiency. Our company has developed JC4066 water-based release agent, which mainly targets the release of PU hard laminated products such as roof, side panels, pillar decorative panels, front roof lining, door lining panels, rear roof frame decorative panels, rearview mirror frames, luggage compartment covers, mudguards, fenders, fenders, imitation wood rigid foam, and insulation materials. It is suitable for the increasingly strict VOC requirements of various domestic automobile factories, and has been tested by professional testing institutions. It has the characteristics of high dilution ratio, high solid content, and high cost-effectiveness, and can completely replace similar imported products.

Cleaning molds

Before using demolding molding, please be sure to clean the mold. Mold contamination such as residual demolding agents, grease, etc. may cause chemical reactions, or solid residues may cause uneven isolation of the mold, which will inevitably affect the demolding effect of JC4066.

1) When the mold is just being used and still maintains a high temperature, immerse the mold in industrial professional mold cleaning solution.

2) Use wooden tools to scrape off special pollutants. Special attention should be paid not to use metal tools, as they not only damage the mold but also easily dissolve in alkaline solutions.

3) After rinsing with water, clean the mold with an air gun or similar tool. Check if the mold has been completely cleaned.

Instructions for use

1) Apply evenly using cloth, pressure spray gun (with good effect), or immersion method.

2) If conditions permit, a dry cloth can be used to evenly wipe the surface of the mold, so that 4066 is evenly distributed on the mold.

3) Repeat the steps and apply 4066 once. (It is recommended to spray the diluted release solution multiple times when using 4066 for the first time. Afterwards, when reapplying, only a small amount of 4066 needs to be evenly sprayed to maintain excellent release performance. It is recommended to use a spray gun with a diameter of 0.5-0.8mm to achieve the best use effect, and the pressure needs to be tested and adjusted. Generally, a pressure of around 0.5mPa is more suitable.)

4) Spray evenly 15-20cm away from the surface of the mold.

5) After spraying, if the mold temperature is below 100 ℃, visually inspect the dry state of the mold surface after 30-50S. If there are still obvious water marks, use an air pressure device to blow once with an air gun until the water marks disappear significantly. If the mold temperature is higher than 130 ℃, it can be pressed for about 30 seconds after spraying.
