Introduction:

JC9147 is a water-based release agent mainly used for the hot press molding and release of resin friction materials such as brake pads, clutch pads, floor water grinding pads, grinding wheels, etc. for domestic automobiles or motor vehicles. It has the characteristics of environmental protection, high imitation, and high dilution ratio. Due to the use of environmentally friendly ingredients in its raw material formula, the diluent that can be produced has no adverse effects on the environment

Usage:

1. Before using this product, any residue, release agent or other impurities on the mold should be removed, and the mold should be cleaned thoroughly.

2. Dilute JC9147 with water or softened water, and the recommended dilution ratio is generally 1:8-1:25. However, due to the different mold structures of the product, the optimal dilution ratio needs to be confirmed through experiments.

3. After the diluted lotion is evenly sprayed on both sides of the mold through the spray gun, the molding production is carried out. During the use of the spray gun, it is recommended that the air pressure adjustment of the spray gun be 0.3~0.4 mpa, and the caliber is 0.3~0.5 mm

4. The diluted liquid should not be poured back into the original solution, and the container should be kept sealed to prevent mixing with other acidic or alkaline substances.

5. Later, the specific situation in normal production shall be determined according to the production process.

Packaging and Storage:

20KG or 25KG plastic drum packaging, also available in 200L plastic drum packaging. This product only needs to be stored in a warehouse at a temperature of 3-40 ℃ to avoid freezing and contact with acidic and alkaline substances. It is safe for non hazardous goods storage and transportation!
