Mixed runway:
The construction process of laying 13mm environmentally friendly mixed plastic runway adopts a two-step construction method. The bottom layer is a mixed type with a laying thickness of 10mm. After the bottom layer is cured, a 3mm thick color paste and adhesive particles are sprayed on the bottom material.
1) Polyurethane plastic (PU) elastic layer (mixed bottom layer thickness 10mm)
A. Material: The plastic track material consists of Group A, Group B, drying agent, and environmentally friendly particles (14-16 mesh).
B. Construction technology
a. Preparation work:
Inspection equipment: Prepare tools and check whether the packaging materials are leaking.
Conduct a small experiment based on the batch number of raw materials and observe the on-site laying situation.
b. Laying:
I Material ratio requirements: Group A: Group B: Drying agent mixed according to the specified requirements
II Mixing: Add each component and no more than 25% environmentally friendly particles in proportion to a specialized machine and mix thoroughly,
Pour the material into the paving area using specialized equipment.
Use an aluminum alloy scraper to level the rubber material and ensure that the thickness of each part meets the design requirements.
IV Edge trimming: Use a putty knife to connect the edge seams and press down the glue particles floating on the surface.
2) Rubber anti slip surface layer (thickness 3mm)
A. Materials: Group A, Group B, drying agent, PU particles (or EPDM particles), etc.
B. Construction technology
a. Material ratio requirements: Group A: Group B: The drying agent should be mixed according to the specified requirements
b. Mixing: Add each component in proportion to a specialized machine and mix thoroughly. Then, pour the material into the paving area and scrape it flat using specialized equipment.
c. After scraping off the pure adhesive slurry, apply particles (PU or EPDM particles) for construction. The particle application time depends on the degree of curing of the adhesive (usually 10-20 minutes), and it is better to immerse the adhesive particles in the adhesive surface at a volume of 1/2-2/3 of their own volume. The particles must be evenly sprinkled. After maturation, recover the adhesive particles that are not firmly adhered.
d. Scrape the aluminum alloy scraper flat. d=3mm±0.5mm
3) The drawing process is as follows:
A. Material: Elastic polyurethane line paint. Material characteristics: Wear resistant, non color changing, strong adhesion.
B. Use a certified steel ruler and a theodolite to set point lines, and refer to the requirements of sports technology for each point data. The internal control relative error is ± 0- ± 1/10000.
C. Spray paint according to point lines and colors.
D. Spray marking of the marking line:
After the rubber surface paving is completed and the entire area is cleaned, marking can begin. The steps are as follows:
a. Firstly, the seven basic pile points are rechecked and the errors are adjusted and confirmed. Then, measurements are taken according to the standards of the International Association of Athletics Federations, and various marking lines are drawn. Based on this, the dividing lines are divided with a steel ruler, fixed with a pin, and connected vertically and horizontally with lines with certain stitching properties.
b. Align the reference line of the cable tray with the positioning line, and after adjusting the line paint, you can start spraying the parting line. Pay attention to the bottom of the cable tray being closely attached to the road surface to prevent any virtual edges.
c. List the starting and ending points of each project, and mark them according to the different colors of the marking lines for each project. Use a theodolite to mark their respective positions. After marking all the markers and checking for any leaks, use a theodolite to double check and confirm. Then use a steel ruler to use the radial measurement method to double check and confirm again. Finally, paint the above point lines with different colored lines according to different projects.
d. When painting, it is necessary to repeatedly check whether the width of the spray line wooden box complies with the regulations of the Athletics Association. If it does not comply, it should be adjusted in a timely manner.
e. Spray paint operators should master the distance (from the plastic surface) and angle of the spray gun to make the lines beautiful and the color uniform.
 Notes:
During the construction period, the weather must be good, and rain should be avoided within 4 hours after construction. Construction in the morning should be carried out after the dew has dried up. Plastic runway sites should be used reasonably to avoid long-term loads, mechanical impacts, and friction, and to isolate heat sources.
